honestly.... not much i could compile that other sites haven't done better. really if you want site decor i just trawl people's sites to look in their resource sections, or tumblr tags, or following links of links of links.

blinkie maker. you can make your own blinkie! choose a "preset", choose a font, and then write some shit.

css background patterns make some nice simple patterns with css!

honestly you can just check out a lot of tumblr blogs are dedicated to posting lots of decors. i don't know what rentry is but you can search "rentry resources" and there's just tons of shit. and then i keep clicking through tags and through blogs.
